This is the official documentation for the noodle_cli program, hereafter referred to as “the documentation” or “the docs”. It includes the following:
The docs are primarily intended as an introduction to noodle and as a useful reference for noodle users of all experience levels.
It also serves as a functional description of the noodle_cli program. Any discrepancy between the functioning of noodle_cli and the docs is a bug and should be reported. All pages with deprecated content are marked as deprecated in the title.
Please also report typos, inconsistencies, obvious mistakes, broken links etc.
