layer
Use a layer subcommand.
layer <subcommand> <args>
Refer to Layer Commands for a list of layer commands and their usage. Layer subcommands can be chained in a single command call.
layer <subcommand1> <subcommand2> <subcommand3> ...
The layer
command is also used to toggle layers in the layermask.
layer <namelist>
This can be thought of as the default layer subcommand.
If the argument after layer is not a subcommand it is interpreted as a layer toggle.
If the given layer name does not currently exist a new layer is created with that name.

cannot be a layer as it doesn’t have internal structure and layers cannot have an illegal doodle name.
